Unlike similar systems where information is updated on a daily basis, our Case Tracking System allows you to see the status of your file in real-time

Once you have returned your written instructions to us, we will send you a unique password and reference number to enable you to login to our case tracking system, Eagle Eye, that allows you to:

• view ‘realtime’ progress of your entire file online as we progress your case
• view copies of all correspondence we send and receive
• see a “step by step” view of the process.
• View progress screens which summarise the progress in plain language
