CAREER OVERVIEW

Olivia Cody is an Associate Attorney for Blueprint Construction Counsel based out of St. Simons Island, Georgia. Mr. Cody’s practice is primarily focused on residential construction ranging from minor disputes to million dollar disputes. She has represented numerous homeowners and contractors throughout the litigation process to reach efficient and effective outcomes.

Ms. Cody graduated from law school in 2023 and earned her Juris Doctor, along with a certificate in Entertainment, Sports, and Media Law (ESML). Her studies in various areas of ESML helped her learn the intricacies of contract law and negotiation. During law school, Ms. Cody was a recipient of a merit scholarship and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant to the Director of the ESML Department. Prior to law school, Ms. Cody attended the University of Georgia, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before becoming an associate at Blueprint Construction Counsel, Ms. Cody interned with the firm for several years, gaining experience in various areas of construction law.
